The increasing technical possibilities are changing the necessary competences required of physicians in the direction of digitalisation. Therefore, in personnel recruitment, digital competences should already be considered in job advertisements in order to be able to cope with the future challenges. This paper investigates to what extent a) digital competences have already found their way into the job profiles of physicians on the market and b) whether these can be meaningfully extracted through a data-driven methodological approach. For this purpose, 1707 job advertisements are evaluated using Latent Semantic Analysis (LSA). The different methodological approaches within the LSA show that there is hardly any focus on digital competences in the health sector in job advertisements.</p>}, journal={Open Conference Proceedings}, author={Herold, Marcel}, year={2022}, month={Dec.}, pages={9–13} }
